We draw the shape, colour and proportion straight onto your face. You check it in the mirror and we adjust it together. If you're not 100% convinced, we don't begin.

Lashes every 3-4 weeks. Semi-permanent make-up: initial top-up at 4-6 weeks and then annually. Real maintenance, not after-sale neglect.
Between 3 and 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle. We schedule a top-up every 3-4 weeks to keep volume consistent. No damage to your natural lashes.
Mild discomfort, not pain. We apply numbing cream before and during the session. Most patients describe the sensation as a brief tingling or pinch.
Initial top-up at 4-6 weeks (after the healing process) to refine the result. After that, annual top-ups to maintain colour and intensity.
Hypoallergenic pigments, but we always run an allergy patch test on a small area beforehand. If you react, we don't apply.
After the session: 7 days with no direct sun, no saunas, no sea/pool water and no make-up over the area. After that you can carry on as normal — daily SPF is key for the pigment to last.
Thirty minutes to look at your face, talk through what you want and draw on your skin. If the design doesn't convince you 100%, we don't begin.
